Architecture / Campus Planning

Set on a former farm, this distillery, restaurant, and outdoor concert venue reimagines the historic property as a contemporary gathering place rooted in its rural heritage. The original farmhouse was carefully renovated and expanded to create the main restaurant, while the broader campus draws inspiration from the character and informal arrangement of a traditional American whiskey distillery.

Buildings and outdoor spaces are organized to encourage gathering, movement, and connection across the site. The material palette creates an elevated yet grounded experience, drawing from both the lush surrounding landscape and the craft of whiskey making. Framed views connect the interiors to the site, while charred wood, warm copper, and rich oranges and greens reinterpret the materials and tones of the distilling process through a refined, contemporary lens.
