    Aaron combines both his passion for architecture and construction into an integrated project delivery method that allows for a thoughtful approach to complex project challenges. While addressing these challenges, he works diligently at establishing a steady voice and delivering cost effective projects for his clients and partners.

    Aaron has an extensive portfolio of work, including healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use and multi-family, that makes him a valuable leader in design with a track record of success.

    Melissa strives to achieve the goals of the client while creating a sense of place and beauty no matter the end user. She is passionate about improving the built environment to better the local community. She works to deliver creative strategies through effective problem solving, as well as improving efficiencies in project delivery and client operations through design. Melissa takes a collaborative approach to both internal and external team communication in an effort to produce a project of the highest standards.

    Micki brings an extensive portfolio of design and project management experience to the team. Throughout her career, Micki has worked on many different project types both new construction and renovation including office, higher education, worship, retail, and mixed-use buildings. Micki enjoys designing spaces that people call home. She excels in managing complex projects and maintaining positive client relationships.
