The exterior was restored and refreshed with a new color palette designed to highlight the building’s original architectural details. Inside, existing wood beams were left exposed and original wood floors were refinished while retaining their natural imperfections, preserving a sense of history and texture. Inspired by the warmth and vibrancy of the Italian Riviera, the interior pairs a warm, neutral foundation with bold patterns, rich materials, and playful moments of color.
